Welcome to our beautiful home in Port Orange, Florida.

 Our home was not always the romantic sanctuary that it is today.  We were drawn to it by its surrounding acre of land, its classic bungalow style, and the affordable price tag. But the price came with a price. Prior to our purchase in January, 2005, it was owned by a paving company.  It was used as their base of operation, cheap rental rooms, and apparently a garbage dump for everyone who passed through.  It was destined to be  torn down, and the land subdivided.  But now, following a lot of (quite literally) blood, sweat, and tears, it is the place we proudly call our home, and one of the increasingly rare old homes in this town.  Enjoy our before and after pictures by clicking the pictures below.
